Vandaag de dag Op 11 oktober 1887 verscheen pater Anselmus Judong, van de cisterciënzerabdij van Achel, vóór het oude portaal van Saint-Rémy. Hij was door zijn overste opgedragen om na te gaan of het kloosterleven nog hernomen kon worden in de oude abdij.

I suppose we had hoped for beer tasting, a little restaurant, informative sessions about the monks and their brewing methods, etc. What we found when we arrived was a very quiet abbey in which only 2 things were possible if you.
